Report a death (you will be asked for the following information):

• date of death
• national insurance number, if available
• your relationship to the deceased
• address of the deceased
• benefits the deceased had been receiving

You will also be able to check if you are entitled to benefits or financial help, make a claim for Bereavement Support Payment or make a claim for Social Fund Funeral Payment.
