(formerly Forsythe) peacefully at Mountvale Nursing Home Dromore, late of Oak Grange Waringstown and previously of Soldierstown.  Beloved wife of the late Eric Hayes and the late Tommy Forsythe and loving mother of Denise (Purdy), Howard and Paul and the late Thomas.
