Knox / Esther (nee Ogle) February 1st 2021, peacefully at her home, Mill Hill, Waringstown, in the presence of her loving family.  Beloved wife of Joe, loving mother of Lynn, Andrew and Sarah, dear mother-in-law of Thomas, Louise and Andrew, devoted granny of Jason, Josh, Justin, Charlotte and Matthew and loving sister of Maureen, Sonia and Celia.

House and funeral private in accordance with current guidelines.

Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the entire family circle.

Husband Joe, daughters Lynn & Sarah, son Andrew, sons & daughter-in-law, grandchildren and the entire family circle of the late Esther Knox (Mill Hill, Waringstown, after long and valiant battle with illness) would like to extend their sincere thanks to the many relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement and to those who made phone calls, sent letters or cards of sympathy, attended the funeral or helped in any other way.

Special thanks to Bobbie Abraham and Pastor John Taylor for their prayers and words of comfort and for the service at the home and graveside.  Special thanks to Ronnie Russell Funeral Director Waringstown for the professional, dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements and to those who kindly made donations in lieu of flowers to Friends of The Cancer Centre C/o Ronnie Russell.

The family would also like to extend special thanks to all the specialists, consultants, doctors, nurses (too many to name individually) of Kingsbridge Hospital, Blackrock Hospital, Matier Hospital, Belfast City Hospital, Royal Hospital, Belfast Cancer Centre and Craigavon Hospital for the excellent care which they afforded Esther.

Special thanks to Dr Lennon and his practice and also district nurses Adele and Liz and their wonderful teams of nurses for their dedication and attention. 

Special thanks also to daughter-in-law Louise whose devotion, dedication and skill helped considerably to allow Esther to be at home.
